Abstract

ALMA AI is an independent research initiative exploring a new class of evidence-based cognitive architectures for long-term psychological understanding.

Rather than generating isolated conversational responses, ALMA incrementally constructs an evolving Cognitive State that integrates observations, competing hypotheses, evidence, uncertainty, and reflective reasoning across multiple conversations.
